“We agreed with the British government on opening the embassies and the arrangements are on place according to the agenda,” Takht Ravanchi added. “ (Mohammad Hassan) Habibollahzadeh will visit London as Iran’s non-resident chargé d'affaires within the framework of a series of mutual visits to capital cities.”
