During the meeting, the new Tunisian Ambassador to Tehran Ghazi ben Salah submitted his credentials to the Iranian President.
On Tehran-Tunis relations, President Rouhani said the two countries can enjoy cordial ties in the issues pertaining to region and World of Islam.
Iran, he said, is willing to widen cooperation with its brotherly and friendly Tunisia.
