Berlin-based ice cream producer Florida Eis is to unveil eight Persian ice cream flavors, among them safron and pomegranate, at the upcoming food exhibit (January 17-26) in the German capital, dubbed ˈGreen Weekˈ.
According to the head of Florida Eis, Olaf Hoehn, the ˈGreen Weekˈ is being used as a test phase to see what kind of Persian ice cream flavors Germans prefer.
At a later stage, Florida Eis plans to mass produce two or three Persian ice cream flavors for the German ice cream market.
