He told IRNA on Friday that he met with a number of British Foreign Office officials including Mr. Ajay Sharma, British non-resident Charge dˈ Affaires in Tehran.
The diplomat said following up the agreements reached by foreign ministers of the two countries, this negotiation is part of a step by step process to settle existing problems, reaching an understanding and finally restoring bilateral relations.
He added he was satisfied with negotiation atmosphere and had useful and constructive talks. The two sides offered their viewpoints transparently and in detail.
