A military source announced on Saturday that the stories resulted in destroying positions and vehicles for ISIL terrorists in the vicinity of Palmyra city.
According to the source, positions for ISIS terrorists in Mahsa, and al-Qaryatain were also targeted by the sorties.
Last Wednesday, an Army unit, in cooperation with the popular defense groups, eliminated the last gathering of ISIL terrorists in the hills surrounding by the Thaniat al-Hait, northwest of Mahsa town, following a day of control over the southwest of the town.
