Speaking during a visit to the two phases of gas field, Javadi said that activities in Phases 20 and 21 show good progress.
Development of Phases 20 and 21 is aimed at providing 50 mcm of purified gas per day for domestic consumption, reprocessing one million tons of ethane each year for consumption in petrochemical industries and reprocessing 1.05 million tons of high quality gas a year for exports.
The project is also aimed at producing 75,000 barrels of desulfurized gas condensates a day for exports and to reprocess 400 tons of sulfur a day.
