با بررسی بیش از ۷۰۰ توئیت اخیر که از هشتگ IraniansWantIRIBban# (ایرانی‌ها خواهان تحریم صداوسیمای یران هستند) استفاده کرده بودند به راحتی فهمیده می‌شود که این توئیت‌ها فیک و جعلی هستند. اما پیش از آن‌که به دلایل مدنظر برای اثبات مدعای مذکور پرداخته شود، بهتر است به چیستی و اهمیت شناخت حساب‌های کاربری جعلی و ربات‌های توئیتری بپردازیم.
