Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Marzieh Afkham strongly condemned the deadliest act of anti-Shia violence in two years in a Shia mosque in the northeastern Pakistani city of Rawalpindi, claiming the lives of over 60 Shia Muslims and wounding dozens more.
