The opening ceremony of the event would be attended by Ali Janati, Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance, Mojtaba khosrowtaj, Deputy of Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade, Ali Fazeli, Head of Chamber of Unions of Iran, heads of printing unions, and some representatives of economic commission of the Parliament.
