Ali Akbar Salehi who was speaking in a TV interview Wednesday night said that Iranˈs scientific proposal was presented in the context of the Joint Plan of Action aimed at resolving the remaining ambiguities.
ˈIn our plan we have elaborated how we will redesign the Arak nuclear reactor so that its production of plutonium will decrease drastically. Their reaction to our scientific reply was being highly amazed as they had thus lost their pretext for insisting that the Arak reactor had to be shut down,ˈ he said.
