He said the talks are postponed due to implementation of the joint action plan.
The talks were originally scheduled for January 21.

Envoy: Iran talks with IAEA postponed
Iran’s Representative to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Reza Najafi said tehran’s talks with the nuclear watchdog was postponed till February 8, 2014.
