"Bolivia intends to hold an anti-imperialism and anti-colonialism conference on defending the human rights and the credibility of the international treaties and conventions on coexistence among governments," Luizaga said in Tehran on Monday.
"We will hold the great revolutionary and anti-imperialism conference and invite all Bolivian people, the Bolivarian Alliance for the Americas (ALBA) and Caribbean countries and all the world people to participate in the meeting," he added.
The Bolivian diplomat also called on all Iranian media to actively take part in the conference.
