Chairman of the Expediency Council Ayatollah Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani said on Monday that the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) terrorist group known as Daesh, is the child of ignorance and extremism seeking to mar the Islam and world Muslims.
