President Rouhani expressed Iran's willingness to develop Tehran-Caracas relations in all possible fields and particularly welcomed more economic cooperation.
Noting that the time for world powers intervention in domestic affairs of the countries has expired, Rouhani emphasized that Iran did not accept the interference of some powers in affairs of independent countries like Venezuela.
