Putin: Only more time could lead to signing nuclear agreement
The only factor needed to achieve a final nuclear agreement was more time in Vienna, said Russia’s President Vladimir Putin in a phone talk with President Hassan Rouhani on Monday evening.
President Rouhani in the phone talk expressed satisfaction both of the progress achieved in nuclear negotiations, and of the further development of Iran-Russia relations especially in oil and trade fields.
