The Defense Promotions Office of Defense Ministry announced that Lieutenant General Zakir Hsanov had arrived in Tehran’s Mehr Abad Airport with an official invitation by Hossein Dehghan.
The Azeri delegation reportedly will hold two rounds of talks with Dehghan and visit the country’s military and political high-profile officials to discuss bilateral, regional, and international matters.
