Foreigners cannot restore peace in Afghanistan: IPIS Chief

Director General, Institute for Political and International Studies (IPIS) of Iran on Wednesday said that external forces have no stakes in Afghanistan and cannot find a permanent solution to restore peace and stability in the country.

 

 
 
Talking to IRNA, Dr. Mostafa Tork Zahrani said that Pakistan and Iran are the two countries which have to work for peace and stability of Afghanistan. 
 
 
 
“Down the road foreigners have to leave sooner or later and Iran and Pakistan have to work closely for the peace of Afghanistan,” he said.
