Ambassador terms Zarif visit to Lebanon as important

Iran’s Ambassador to Beirut Ghazanfar Roknabadi said the Monday visit of the Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif to Lebanon was important as the country is in the front line of resistance against the Zionist regime.

 

 
 
Talking to IRNA on Tuesday, he said Zarif’s visit to Lebanon took place within the framework of his regional trips to discuss issues of mutual interest.
 
 
 
He said Lebanon is particularly important since it is in the frontline of war against the occupying Zionist regime.
