Rouhaniˈs WAVE proposal crucial for Iraq: scholar

Head of the Iraqi Center for Strategic Studies here on Sunday described the United Nationˈs adopted resolution based on Iranian President Hassan Rouhani’s proposal for a World Against Violence and Extremism (WAVE) as very crucial for Iraq.

 

 
Talking to IRNA, Wathiq Al-Hashimi underlined that this proposal would play a key role in combating terrorism in Iraq.
 
 
 
The proposal is also very important for regional countries and nations, he said, urging other countries to pave the way for implementation of the WAVE Act.
