UN GA approves Pres. Rouhaniˈs anti-radicalism proposal

The United Nations General Assembly on Wednesday unanimously adopted the proposal of the Iranian President Hassan Rouhani on the need to fight violence and radicalism.

 

 
The President put forward the proposal about two months ago when he attended the UN General Assembly meeting in New York. 
 
 
 
During the Wednesday morning session of the UN body, Iranˈs Permanent Representative and Ambassador to the organization Mohammad Khazaei elaborated on the content of the proposal.
