Head of Council of Iranian Affairs Abroad appointed
Javad Qavam Shahidi was appointed as Secretary General of the High Council of Iranian Affairs Abroad.
The appointment was made by Vice-President Mohammad Shariatmadari.
High Council of Iranian Affairs Abroad, established some ten years ago, is aimed at making proper decisions about interactions with Iranians living in other countries.
