Pakistani parties asks gov’t to withdraw support to US-led war

Political and religious parties have urged the government to withdraw support to the U.S.-led war as it has brought bloodshed and destruction to the country.

 

 
 
Leaders at a conference in the northwestern city of Peshawar adopted a resolution, recommending that the central government withdraw its support for the so-called American war on terror. 
 
Jamaat-e-Islami has convened the All Parties Conference which also urged the federal government to announce a dialogue team to start negotiations with Taliban without any further delay. 
 
The resolution asked the central government to try and bring all armed groups on the table for talks
