Shirkhanlu told a group of provincial officials that age-old cultural and social ties exist between Iran and Oman, necessitating further efforts to expand mutual economic relations.
He said based on an agreement reached between his province and Oman common programs like organization of exhibitions will be on agenda.
He said arrangements were made for activity of the two sides’ private sector in their territories.
