Jask oil terminal to shorten tankers’ trip

Describing the new program to reduce commute of Iranian oil tanker in the Persian Gulf, managing director of NIOEC said construction of Jask oil terminal is to shorten the tanker’s journey.

 

 
Mir Ali Asghar Sajedi, Managing Director of National Iranian Oil Engineering and Construction Company (NIOEC), explained Iran’s new plan to build the second largest oil terminal in the Persian Gulf adding “construction of terminals and crude oil storage tanks in the port of Jask marks the government’s main objective in the Persian Gulf and Strait of Hormuz.”
