Outside interference spread rise of terrorism in ME
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said the interference and external geopolitical schemes caused the breakup of states, spread of chaos, and the rise of terrorism and extremism in the Middle East.
The conducted geopolitical engineering destroyed the institutional basis of the states and the mechanisms guaranteeing regional security, said Lavrov speaking at the opening of the Global Forum University of the BRICS, at the Moscow Institute of International Relations on Tuesday.
