Zarif calls for Iran-UNFPA coop. on population
Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif asked the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) to help Iran for better implementation of population policies in the country.
During a meeting with Representative of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) Maha El-Adawy here on Sunday, Zarif pointed to the new policies adopted by Tehran to encourage population growth, urging the UNFPA to assist Iran in advancing its goals.
