According to the website of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization, the Center for Cultural Interactions of Iran and Latin America, the representative of Al-Mustafa International University in Venezuela, cooperated in holding the program.
The National Art Gallery of the capital city hosted the conference on November 19.
The Activities of Iranian women were also introduced in an exhibition held by the cultural center on the sidelines of the conference.
